Resignation of Membership

Submit a “Withdrawal Request” through the Member Splash website. You must be logged in to your Member Splash account, and then choose “Manage Account > Withdrawal Request” from the menu.

Per the WHSC bylaws, Notices of withdrawal must be received by the annual membership fee due date in order for the withdrawing member to not be responsible for the current year’s dues.  If the withdrawal notice is submitted or sent after the due date (postmarked letters or online form date stamp), the amount of the annual membership fee will be deducted from your bond refund, which may result in you receiving only a partial or no bond refund.

When you resign, your initial bond will be refunded to you only after membership is full and your bond is sold to a new member on the club’s wait list. (Refund checks, if issued, are usually posted only after the start of the swim season, and once summer membership numbers are finalized)
