2023 Dive Team Practice Times

Our coaches, Kasey,Sam and Cece, work with our Wahoo’s on learning proper form for front dive, back dive, as well as front flip. As a diver advances, new dives will be introduced based on their ability.

Dive Practice While School is in Session:
Monday, Wednesday from 4:30 – 6:00 Starting June 5, no practice June 14th

Summer Practice:
Monday – Thursday June 19- July 13th
No Practice Friday

9-10:30 8U, 10U age groups
10:30-12 12u, 14u, 15-18 age groups

Mock Meet:
June 22

No Practice July 4
