Full Membership Fees to Join:

One time bond fee (refundable when withdrawn and membership sold) : $700
Capital Improvements fee  (non refundable): $200
Annual Dues- required by 1 April each summer (not optional): $625
Total first summer:  $1525

Waitlist fee is $50 and is nonrefundable

August Membership- $210

August Membership is offered to applicant(s) near the top of the waitlist. August Membership is a provisional step towards Full Membership. August Membership is intended to be used for a single year in anticipation of being offered (and accepting) a full membership the following season. 

August Members may, during the month of August and through the pool closing date:
Access the grounds and facilities (i.e., Pool, Tennis Courts, Volleyball, etc.) Attend special activities or events at the same cost as any other member.
