Pavilions and pavilion rental:  Pavilions are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis, except when rented.

Swim Lessons:

  • Private – Please check our bulletin board (across from the Lifeguard desk) for advertised local swim instructors.  (WHSC is not responsible for scheduling or pricing of private lessons and does not endorse any teacher advertised there.)

Resignation of membership:  There are two methods available to resign your membership:

  1. Submit a “Withdrawal Request” through the Member Splash website. You must be logged in to your Member Splash account and choose “Withdrawal Request” from the menu.

Resignations must be received by the annual dues due date in order to not be responsible for the current years dues.  If resignation is sent after due date (postmarked letters or online form date stamp) you will be held responsible for the summer’s annual dues. This is non-negotiable and was in the initial pool membership contract you signed.

**When you resign, your initial bond will be refunded to you only after membership is full and your bond is sold to a new member on the club’s wait list. (Refund checks, if issued, are usually posted only after the start of the swim season, and once summer membership numbers are finalized.)**
